Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group, is seeking a Finance Systems Data Assistant. You will support master data records, ensure data quality, and improve processes under the Finance Systems Manager.

You will handle data verification, system imports, and reporting while training new recruits and maintaining procurement data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Background working with large sets of data and a good working knowledge of Excel.

Why be a Finance Systems Data Assistant at THG?

Reporting into the Finance Systems Manager, the Finance Systems Data Assistant will be a subject matter expert for creating, amending and maintaining Master Data records in a timely and efficient manner. They will executethe process in line with the Group procedures and according to the internal and external audit requirements.They should possess strong analytical and attention to detail skills to assess data quality/integrity and support continuous improvement in ways of working for the team and suggest improvements to business and data processes.

As Finance Systems Data Assistant , you'll be responsible for:

• Bank Detail Verifications, verbally & through banking portals
• Data Management/Maintenance, Including System Imports
• Day to Day Query Management Including Mailboxes
• Training & Upskilling New Recruits
• User Data Management in Procurement System
• Data Reporting
