Job summary

AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software, invites applications for a Systems Controls Analyst based in London. You will play a pivotal role in the Controls & Compliance Transformation, designing, implementing and managing IT/general controls across Finance, HR and IT systems.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR and IT teams to strengthen governance, manage access control re-certifications, and support audit responses while driving improvements across global operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial controls and other controls.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, HFM, WorkDay.
• Experience with governance, risk and controls tools is beneficial.
• Experience working with global and virtual teams.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Collaborative approach with cultural empathy.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude and ability to manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining controls procedures to support system users globally.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for systems approval workflow processes.
• Identify and implement system improvements to enhance functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve system issues and optimize processes.
• Managing the periodic re-certification of access controls.
• Acting as a key liaison between Finance, HR and IT team.
• Support in closing internal and external audit management letter points.
• Support internal projects as required.
