Job summary

Ocean Infinity is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our core finance and procurement platforms, including NetSuite, NSPB, Salesforce, Yokoy and Egencia. You will work with Finance, Procurement, IT and other teams to ensure systems are reliable and well controlled.

You will design, test and implement system changes, support transformation initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain and Project Management, and ensure accurate master data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering finance/ERP/procurement/business systems.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting changes, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and respond to user queries.
• Strong attention to detail and structured change documentation.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across day-to-day support and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain key finance and procurement systems, including NetSuite, NSPB, Salesforce, Yokoy, and Egencia.
• Monitor, update and enforce approval workflows, user roles, permissions, configurations and master data.
• Support day-to-day system operations, ensuring platforms are stable, accurate and fit for purpose.
• Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and user queries promptly.
• Support month-end and year-end processes from a systems perspective.
• Contribute to design, testing and implementation of system changes and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT and other teams to understand business requirements.
