Job summary

CheckFire Ltd is seeking a Netsuite Specialist to own and optimise the NetSuite ERP platform. You will shape system design, improve processes, and strengthen financial controls across the platform in collaboration with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT.

You will drive governance, manage integrations, and lead data quality initiatives while supporting BAU and transformation programs as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Structured problem solver with ability to challenge status quo constructively.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to Finance and non-technical colleagues.
• Adaptable and collaborative; balance BAU support with project work across departments.
• Degree in Business, IT, Accounting or related field; ERP certifications.
• Experience with financial systems and NetSuite configuration, data migrations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Systems governance for NetSuite, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Configure and enhance NetSuite environment: workflows, scripts, reporting, roles and permissions.
• Manage integrations with core business systems and data flows; support data migration and governance.
• Lead or support NetSuite projects, upgrades, UAT, and process improvements.
