Job summary

Klipboard seeks a Finance Support Analyst to join the Global Support team at our Barnsley/Tankersley site. The role focuses on assisting customers with finance module queries, ensuring accurate incident handling and adherence to ITIL processes.

The ideal candidate has accounting knowledge, strong communication skills and experience with Excel. Travel may be required and a proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Good general knowledge of accounting principles to trial balance level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Understanding of ITIL service management processes
• Confident troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Co-operation with managers and staff within the department

Responsibilities

• Support customers with queries and problems relating to the Klipboard finance modules
• Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to problem management
• Log, categorize, prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests per ITIL
• Liaise with Development for software changes where needed
• Ensure timely, accurate updates to customers on call status and progress
• Contribute to knowledge base with solutions and workarounds
