Job summary

Talentedge Recruitment Limited is seeking a Finance Business Analyst in Manchester for a hybrid role on a 12-month FTC. You will drive improvements across finance processes, collaborate with finance and IT, and help shape new ways of working within a busy Continuous Improvement team.

The role offers exposure to ERP systems and a fast-paced transformation programme. You will gather requirements, support UAT, analyse data for trends, and ensure changes maintain reporting integrity while leveraging

Qualifications

Experience in operational finance or as a Finance Business Analyst on finance transformation or systems projects.
Exposure to Finance ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday or similar.
Understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
Strong stakeholder management across finance and technology teams.
Familiarity with Agile or other project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Review and improve finance processes, maps and SOPs to standardise ways of working across finance.
Gather business requirements and support projects through full lifecycle including UAT.
Analyse finance and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for better decision making.
Collaborate with finance, technology and project teams to translate challenges into practical solutions.
Ensure changes preserve integrity of financial reporting and controls.
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and automate routine tasks.
