elasticStage Ltd. is seeking a Finance Operations and Strategy Manager to build the financial backbone for an on-demand vinyl and CD platform.

You will design and implement driver-based models, budgeting, and a scalable, AI-enabled finance function that partners with commercial, product and factory operations. You will lead multi-market budgeting, capital deployment and funding strategies while building dashboards and data infrastructure to enable cross-functional decision-making at scale,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, including strong foundation in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent).
• Strong foundation in finance and financial modelling, with driver-based models experience.
• Autonomy in value-creation projects: sizing, prioritisation, plan design and execution.
• Operational finance experience: budgeting, FP&A, variance analysis, working capital management, procurement.
• Data and metrics infrastructure ownership: KPI frameworks, dashboards, data tools (SQL a plus).

Responsibilities

• Set up finance operating model end-to-end, future-back and AI-native, scalable to 10x.
• Build driver-based financial models tied to OKRs and revenue/gross margin/EBITDA outcomes.
• Execute the funding strategy across equity, debt and grants.
• Design and run the first formal budgeting process.
• Develop finance strategy for multi-market ecommerce and multi-site manufacturing including tax, payments, ERP and inventory systems.
• Oversee ~£15M+ annual CAPEX deployment across facilities, R&D and manufacturing.
• Develop inventory models for raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Create a structured procurement process for hardware, software and materials.
• Make finance AI-native with guardrails and decentralized access.
• Lead cross-functional strategic finance projects (e.g., pricing).
