You will translate complex finance needs into actionable requirements for engineering and product teams, drive end-to-end process improvements, and spearhead AI automation initiatives for

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in consulting, finance transformation, finance systems, or finance-technology advisory.
• Experience shaping requirements for finance systems that connect billing, accounting, reporting and operational finance.
• Consulting background with ability to rapidly learn unfamiliar finance processes and drive structured problem solving independently.
• Ability to translate finance needs into requirements technology and product teams can build from.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance requirements for developing our leasing and billing platform.
• Translate complex finance processes into testable requirements for engineering and product teams.
• Design and hand over end-to-end finance processes that run reliably.
• Identify and remove manual BAU work across Financial Operations, Financial Control, FP&A, Credit and Capital Markets.
• Lead deployment of AI to automate finance tasks with cost/benefit judgment.
• Work collaboratively across Finance, Data, Product and Operations on problems that cross teams.
• Help drive AI and data literacy across the Finance team.
