Responsibilities

• Lead on development of a robust baseline of current service operating models.
• Ensure ERP replacement aligns with wider EA services and statutory obligations.
• Collaborate with Workstream Leads to optimise system requirement definitions.
• Assist in delivering a high-quality target operating model for the service area.
• Monitor, report and manage programme performance and spend.
