Job summary

Education Authority in Northern Ireland is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to lead the EnAble Programme PMO and ensure delivery of strategic workstreams within time and budget. You will drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams and external partners.

The role requires experience in PMO leadership, programme reporting and risk management, with travel across NI to support delivery and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead or coordinate a PMO within a complex programme environment.
• Prepare and quality assure governance reports for senior management.
• Engage senior stakeholders, workstream leads and suppliers to support delivery.
• Support governance, resource planning, financial monitoring and procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance and programme risk across workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate progress reports and RAID logs for the EnAble Programme.
• Establish PMO documentation and workstream governance artefacts.
• Oversee procurement pipeline and external substitutes where applicable.
• Manage multiple workstreams within defined timescales and budget.
• Report to the EnAble Programme Board on progress and risks.
