Job summary

Reed Accountancy is partnering with a Belfast-based organisation to appoint a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Finance and Procurement ERP system (Access Financials).

Reporting to senior stakeholders, you will coordinate internal teams, partners and SMEs to ensure on-time delivery, effective user adoption and organisational readiness for go-live. Hybrid working with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or equivalent) or demonstrable experience managing complex projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivered finance system/ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in leading large-scale organisational change programmes.
• Strong project management, analytical, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Location: Belfast City Centre (Flexible with occasional travel to company locations and supplier meetings)


• Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract Full-time Hybrid working


• Salary: £49,351.42 - £60,000 per annum
