Job summary

Reed is supporting a Belfast city centre organisation to appoint a Finance Transformation Project Manager to drive the implementation of a new Finance and Procurement ERP (Access Financials). The role coordinates internal stakeholders, partners and SMEs to ensure delivery, user adoption and go-live readiness.

The incumbent will lead governance, data migration, testing, change management and go-live activities across a 12-month interim window, with hybrid working and occasional travel to company

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or equivalent) or demonstrable experience managing complex projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivered finance system/ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in leading large-scale organisational change programmes.
• Strong project management, analytical, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Job Type: Interim (Fixed term 12 months - Hybrid)


• Location: Flexible with occasional travel to company locations and supplier meetings


• Salary: £49,351.42 - £60,000 per annum

Reed Finance is partnered with an organisation in Belfast city centre in the appointment of a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of a new Finance and Procurement ERP system (Access Financials). This role is crucial for delivering the project within agreed scope, timescales, budget, and quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and subject matter experts to ensure effective project delivery, user adoption, and organisational readiness for go-live.
