Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced Head of Finance Shared Services to lead a multi-site transactional finance function across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Treasury, Billing and Cash Management. You will drive process improvement, implement automation, and maintain robust controls while developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional stakeholder service.

This is a senior leadership role with significant impact on working capital and financial governance,

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is required.
• Proven experience leading a finance shared services or transactional finance function.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, credit control, treasury and billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Finance Shared Services function.
• Manage team leaders across AP, AR, Credit Control, Treasury and Billing.
• Drive automation and process improvements within SSC operations.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance and risk management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
