Job summary

Biotage seeks a seasoned finance leader to head the Finance Shared Services Centre, delivering scalable operations and actionable business insight across the organisation.

You will oversee Transactional Finance and Management Accounting, ensure strong governance, KPIs/SLAs, and partner with senior leaders to scale services with growth.

Lead treasury, cash forecasting, controls and compliance, drive continuous improvement, and develop a high‑performing team across entities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with recognised professional qualification.
• Experience leading a medium-sized, multidisciplinary finance team.
• Strong governance, reporting and controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Shared Services Centre and teams.
• Oversee management accounting and transactional finance operations.
• Establish governance, KPIs and performance reporting.
• Standardise and optimise finance processes across entities.
• Oversee treasury and working capital management.
• Maintain robust financial controls and regulatory compliance.
