About You:

• Proven experience within financial operations, transactional finance, or finance management
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and compliance
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential
