Ocado Group is offering a competitive 3-year rotational finance programme starting September 2027. You will complete three 1-year placements across Commercial Finance, FP&A, Logistics, and Group Finance with full study support and exam time off, plus sponsorship to qualify as a professional accountant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject (on track)
• Curious, commercially minded and resilient in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in numbers, problem solving, and spotting patterns or trends
• Strong communication to explain ideas to stakeholders
