Job summary

NEP Group is launching a Finance Graduate Programme in London, offering two 18-month rotations in Group Commercial Finance & FP&A and NEP Europe Finance. The programme includes a fully funded CIMA qualification, paid study leave, and international experience.

Starting January 2027, it’s a path to a permanent finance role with a clear progression. The role provides real responsibilities from day one, including month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and building partnerships with finance

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with problem solving
• Good communication skills and ability to share ideas clearly
• Team-oriented with adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end reporting across regions for Group leadership
• Analyze results against budget and forecast and explain drivers
• Support budgeting, forecasting and revenue models
• Track risks and opportunities for performance
• Build relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across the business
• Suggest improvements to reporting, processes and tools
