Mercedes-Benz UK Finance Graduate Programme in Milton Keynes offers a two-year development track designed to immerse you in core finance functions. You will rotate through four six-month placements, working with accounting and controlling teams and selecting a placement aligned to your interests, enabling broad exposure to finance operations.

You will be mentored, develop business partnering skills and gain hands-on experience in data and digital finance tools.

Qualifications

• Finance-related degree expected to graduate in 2027
• Strong analytical and numerical capability

Responsibilities

• Engage in four unique six-month placements across the finance function, including accounting and controlling teams.
• Assist on projects and lead initiatives within placements.
• Develop broad understanding of how Finance partners with the wider business and support decision-making.
