Job summary

Dunelm is recruiting for a Finance Graduate to join a structured three‑year rotational programme across Business Finance, Group Central Finance, FP&A, Group Tax, and more. You’ll gain hands‑on experience from day one, with tailored training and full study support to achieve your finance qualifications.

The role is based at our Syston, Leicester office with a minimum of three days on‑site per week, and a programme designed to build future finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity to understand the 'why' and 'how'.
• Resilience, ambition and a proactive approach to development.
• Good problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship building within teams.
• Confidence using Excel and developing data/tech skills.
• Willingness to embrace AI and new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Must have right to work in the UK for the full duration; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role across a variety of finance areas within the programme.
• Contribute to a wide range of projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Build strong relationships and understand how different parts of the organisation operate.
• Participate in leadership workshops and development programmes.
• Study towards ACCA or CIMA with a dedicated mentor and structured study time.
