Healthcare 21 is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager in Basingstoke to lead accurate, timely financial reporting. The role involves ownership of the month-end reporting cycle and collaboration with senior management to enhance financial understanding.

Key responsibilities include producing management accounts, financial control, and audit support. Candidates must hold a relevant accounting qualification and have experience in financial reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ post-qualified experience in financial reporting.
• Strong experience delivering month-end close and management accounts.
• Proven ownership of balance-sheet reconciliations and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the month-end close timetable and reporting checklist.
• Produce high-quality management accounts and reporting packs.
• Assist with the year-end audit process and internal control testing.
