Finance Regulatory Reporting Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the regulatory change agenda, working with the Head of Regulatory Change to implement new regulatory requirements into the metrics, e.g., Basel, and transition into the run BAU processes.
• Work on outstanding normative topics to ensure adherence with UK CRR requirements and liaise with Group to ensure methodology and process documentation is updated.
• Enhance the control framework to cover Solvency, FINREP, and Asset Encumbrance reporting.
• Collaborate with teams across the Group to improve processes and controls.
• Contribute to resolving issues on the change roadmap audit reviews.
• Address ad-hoc requests from business lines and assess impacts of new products through NPC.
• Continuously improve team processes, leveraging automation where possible.
• Provide coverage for colleagues in metric production as needed.

Profile required

• Advanced knowledge of UK CRR – Liquidity, Solvency, and FINREP
• Thorough understanding of balance sheet modeling and its impact on regulatory metrics, linking business products to regulatory reporting.
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• Excellent verbal and written English skills for international technical communication
• Desire to acquire comprehensive knowledge of diverse topics (prudential regulation, functional, systems, etc.)
• High level of autonomy after a learning period
• Fluent in English
• Ability to drive change, influence without authority, and demonstrate adaptability, autonomy, and innovation
