We are seeking an experienced Business Change Lead, who will be on an inside IR35 contract, to support this phase, ensuring that people, processes, and culture are at the heart of the transformation. This role will be pivotal in establishing a structured approach to change and preparing the organisation for the journey ahead.

Impact Assessment: Conduct business impact assessments to evaluate how different solution options will affect processes, roles, and ways of working.
Change Readiness: Assess the organisation’s readiness for such a major system and operational shift, defining interventions to address gaps and increase adoption.
Communications & Engagement: Develop clear and compelling messaging to communicate the vision, benefits, and progress of the transformation, ensuring alignment across business units.
Training & Capability Building: Identify potential skills gaps and work with learning teams to develop an early-stage capability-building plan for employees impacted by the change.
Collaboration with Programme Teams: Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and subject matter experts to ensure business change requirements are embedded in programme planning.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential change-related risks, such as resistance to new ways of working, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading business change within large-scale technology-enabled transformations, ideally involving complex operational systems.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and their application in large-scale system transformations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across multiple business units in a complex organisation.
Strong analytical skills with experience conducting business impact assessments and change readiness evaluations.
Ability to translate technical changes into clear business impacts and communicate them effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Experience working in discovery or early-stage project phases, where ambiguity is high and strategic direction is still being shaped.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring structure to complexity.
Previous experience supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA or AMOS implementations.
