We have well-established relationships with the top 1% of firms, including Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Software Development Firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified Trading Firms, and award-winning Startups.

Ideal Attributes:

• Proven end-to-end (360) recruitment experience, capable of attracting top passive clients and talent within the private sector.
• Finance or similar industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong track record in business development and account management.
• Excellent networking skills to convert business information into opportunities.
• Demonstrated integrity in service delivery.
