We have well-established relationships with the top 1% of firms worldwide, including Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Software Development Firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified Trading Firms, and award-winning Startups.

Ideal Attributes:

• Proven end-to-end (360) recruitment experience capable of attracting top passive clients and talent within the private sector.
• Experience in finance or similar vertical industries is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven track record in business development and account management.
• Strong networking skills to convert business information into opportunities.
• Demonstrable integrity in providing services.
