Ad Warrior Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a Finance Projects Manager to drive continuous improvement across the finance function and lead finance projects from business case to delivery. You will own inventory accuracy across ERP and operational systems, ensuring reconciliations, correct costing and robust controls, while partnering with the Exec team on progress and governance.

• Experience delivering finance projects from business case to delivery.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define, own and deliver the finance improvement plan with stakeholders.
• Maintain integrated project plans, identify risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate resources with Financial Controller for project delivery.
• Manage project budgets and governance including scope and changes.
• Develop business cases with costs, risks and benefits, for change.
• Define a communications plan and report progress to Exec team.
• Ensure inventory reconciliation across ERP and systems, and with the general ledger.
• Investigate variances and drive corrective actions with operations teams.
• Review inventory balance sheet reconciliations at month/year end with evidence.
