Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Lincoln seeks a Finance Manager to lead the finance improvement program, drive process change from business case to delivery and own inventory reconciliation across ERP and operational systems.

You will define and deliver the inventory controls, develop KPIs, report to the Exec team and partner with the Financial Controller to allocate resources and manage budget. A qualified accountant with strong data analysis and project management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) and PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification or similar.
• Proven track record of delivering finance projects and process improvement across the project lifecycle.
• Experience of inventory accounting, stock reconciliations and stock counts in manufacturing/agriculture contexts.
• Experience working across ERP and operational systems.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills with the ability to reconcile large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and deliver the finance improvement plan with stakeholders.
• Maintain integrated project plans and manage risks with mitigations.
• Coordinate resource demand with Financial Controller and project resources.
• Manage project budgets and changes within governance.
• Develop business cases detailing options, costs and benefits.
• Provide progress reports to stakeholders and Exec team.
• Own monthly inventory reconciliations across ERP and GL.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
