MorePeople in the Lincoln area is seeking a Finance Continuous Improvement Specialist to join the busy finance team. You will review processes, identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements that strengthen financial controls and improve reporting accuracy.

The role requires experience in food manufacturing, full accounting qualification and a track record of improving stock reconciliation and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Finance-focused CI experience in manufacturing or agriculture.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong inventory reconciliation and data accuracy skills.
• Excellent systems knowledge and process-improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Review existing finance processes, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that strengthen accuracy, controls and efficiency.
• Improve stock reconciliation processes, investigate discrepancies and work with operational teams to ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Review how financial systems are used, identify opportunities to improve reporting, data accuracy and processes, and support better ways of working.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and other departments to understand challenges, improve communication and ensure processes are followed consistently.
• Strengthen reconciliation procedures, improve data quality and introduce practical controls to reduce errors and support accurate financial reporting.
