Benjamin Edwards is recruiting a Finance Projects Manager to drive continuous improvement in the finance function. You will lead finance projects from business case to delivery and own inventory reconciliation across ERP and operational systems.

You will define improvement plans, manage budgets, report to the Exec team and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate stock accounting and timely, compliant processes.

Formación

• Fully qualified accountant with CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Proven track record delivering finance projects and process improvement.
• Experience in inventory accounting, stock reconciliations and processes.
• Experience across ERP and operational systems.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define, own and deliver the finance improvement plan and prioritise projects.
• Maintain integrated project plans and manage risks with mitigations.
• Set resource demand with the Financial Controller and coordinate resources.
• Manage project budgets and changes within governance.
• Develop business cases outlining costs, risks and benefits.
• Define communications plans and report progress to stakeholders.
• Solve problems and ensure projects meet quality and scope.
• Own monthly reconciliation of inventory across ERP and systems.
• Investigate differences, identify root causes and correct actions.
• Review inventory balance sheet reconciliations with evidence for sign-off.
• Support inventory valuation and KPI reporting on accuracy.
• Map end-to-end inventory process and identify control gaps.
• Optimise sales order processing and self-billing processes.
• Improve data flows between ERP and operations systems.
• Support inventory master data standards and digitisation.
• Assist in designing inventory controls and governance.
• Lead system change projects and provide go-live support.
• Document and standardise finance processes and pursue automation.
• Promote continuous improvement and data accuracy across finance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and pursue personal development.
