MorePeople in Lincolnshire is seeking a Finance Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across the finance function, with a focus on inventory accuracy, process optimisation and project delivery. The role blends finance transformation, inventory accounting and systems improvement, leading projects from business case through implementation.

You will own inventory reconciliations across multiple systems, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions, strengthening controls

Formación

• Qualified finance professional with inventory, systems and project delivery experience.
• Accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and project management knowledge.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with large data sets.
• Experience with ERP/inventory reconciliations in manufacturing/agri sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the finance improvement plan from business case to implementation.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Own monthly inventory reconciliations across ERP and systems.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee month-end/year-end inventory reconciliations and valuation.
• Develop inventory accuracy KPIs and drive data quality improvements.
• Review end-to-end inventory processes for control gaps and automation.
• Improve sales order processing and self-billing processes.
• Support system enhancements and master data standards.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, procurement and digital teams.
