Linde Advanced Material Technologies seeks a European Finance Project Manager (FTC) to drive major system implementations from its Swindon base. This role will lead the move from PDF invoicing to electronic invoicing across several European countries and will map timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document business requirements, and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams while applying strong data

Qualifications

• Must have PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across functions.
• Experience managing finance or ERP/system-implementation projects.
• Proficient with Excel, Oracle and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Support the Finance SSC with major system implementations and transitions.
• Lead the transition from PDF invoicing to electronic invoicing across multiple European countries (inbound & outbound).
• Map and track project timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and status updates with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams; document and validate requirements into actions.
