Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an ERP Finance Implementation Manager in Swindon to drive a major ERP transformation for core financial systems. You will lead the finance design, development and delivery within the new ERP, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.

Hybrid role with 3 days in the office, salary dependent on experience. ACA/ACCA/CIMA-qualified candidates with manufacturing finance systems expertise are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with manufacturing finance systems experience.
• Extensive ERP implementation leadership in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, costing, inventory and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of finance processes in the new ERP system.

Suitable Candidate for the ERP Finance Implementation Manager vacancy:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a solid background in manufacturing finance systems
• Extensive experience leading ERP implementation programmes, particularly in manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, inventory, costing, and production processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across diverse teams
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Must be based within an easily commutable distance from Swindon due to office presence required
