Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Strong data analyses and problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent organisation and coordination across tasks and priorities.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across functions.
• Experience managing finance projects and new system implementations.
• Proficient in Excel, Oracle and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance SSC business with major system implementations and transitions.
• Lead the transition from PDF invoicing to electronic invoicing across multiple European countries (inbound & outbound).
• Map and track project timelines, progress, risks and dependencies to drive timely delivery.
• Develop project plans, milestones and status updates with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams; document requirements and translate into action items.
