Linde AMT UK Limited is seeking a Finance Project Manager in Swindon to drive major system implementations and the transition from PDF invoicing to electronic invoicing across multiple countries. You will map timelines, risks and dependencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a PMP cert, demonstrate strong data analysis, and can coordinate stakeholders while managing finance-focused projects and new system deployments.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong data analyses and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Experience managing finance projects and new system implementations.
• Experience with Excel, Oracle and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• You will support the Finance SSC business with major system implementations and transitions.
• You will lead the business transition from PDF invoicing to Electronic invoicing across multiple European countries.
• Mapping and tracking project timelines, progress, risks and dependencies to drive successful execution and on time delivery.
• Develop project plans, milestones and status updates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to document and understand business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Document, validate business requirements translating them into action items and deliverables.
