Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies seeks a European Finance Project Manager (FTC) to drive major system implementations from its Swindon base. This role will lead the move from PDF invoicing to electronic invoicing across several European countries and will map timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document business requirements, and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams while applying strong data

Qualifications

• Must have PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across functions.
• Experience managing finance or ERP/system-implementation projects.
• Proficient with Excel, Oracle and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• You will support the Finance SSC business with major system implementations and transitions
• You will lead the business transition from PDF invoicing to Electronic invoicing across multiple European countries. (both inbound & outbound)
• Mapping and tracking project timelines, progress, risks & dependencies to drive successful execution and on time delivery will be part of your role
• You will develop project plans, milestones and status updates while collaborating with cross-functional teas to document and fully understand business requirements
• You will act as a liaison between business user and technical teams
• Additionally, you will document, validate business requirements translating them into action items and deliverables

Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000
