Netbox Recruitment Ltd is seeking a commercially minded finance professional for a six-month fixed-term contract to review and implement improvements across finance processes and reporting. The role demands strong Excel and hands-on process improvement skills, plus stakeholder partnering across the business.

Ideal candidates will have management accounting or Finance Manager experience, with a qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management accounting or Finance Manager role.
• Excellent Excel skills and the ability to analyse, manipulate and present financial data.
• Systems-savvy with the ability to navigate finance systems and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across finance and non-finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Review existing finance processes, management reporting and controls, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and consistency.
• Support the design and implementation of improved finance processes, reporting frameworks and systems.
• Develop and enhance management reporting to provide meaningful financial insight and support business decision-making.
• Partner with Finance Managers and wider business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes using Excel and finance systems.
• Support the implementation and embedding of new processes across the finance function.
