Netbox Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Accountant for a 6-month fixed-term contract to drive improvements across finance processes and management reporting. The role requires hands-on analysis, advanced Excel, and a practical approach to implementing changes across systems and controls.

You will partner with Finance Managers and stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial insight and robust reporting, while operating in a hybrid environment with 2–3 days in the office weekly.

Formación

• Experience in a management accounting or Finance Manager role.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse and present data.
• Systems-savvy with finance systems and automation opportunities.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, independent, and able to deliver improvements on a fixed-term basis.
• Relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Review existing finance processes, reporting and controls for improvements.
• Design and implement enhanced finance processes, reporting frameworks and systems.
• Develop and enhance management reporting to provide financial insights.
• Partner with Finance Managers and stakeholders to meet reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting using Excel and systems.
• Support embedding new processes across the finance function.
