Qualifications

• 3-4 years as a Finance presales consultant or 5 years as a Senior Finance Consultant.
• ACCA or CIMA qualification is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

The Presales Consultant (also known as Technical Specialist) is a key member of the Business Applications sales pursuit team and is a strategic thinker, proactive problem solver, sales & technical roadblock resolver displaying a growth mindset with deep functional and technical knowledge in the workload.

The following are the role responsibilities for the Microsoft Business Applications Presales Consultant:

1. Assist Business Applications Sales Specialist in RFP Response and in Envisioning Solution
2. Design Customer-centric Solution Aligned with Envisioned Solution & Business Value
3. Deliver a customer-centric Demonstration
4. Work with Customer Success / Partner Team on Roadmap to success for our customers

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally, you will already be working as a Finance presales consultant or similar Technical specialist role for 3 to 4 years. If not, then have you 5 years of experience as a Senior Finance Consultant in delivery projects and now want to work in presales?

ACCA or CIMA qualified/part qualified will be viewed favourably and is not essential.

To deliver on responsibilities in helping customers grow their long-term capabilities through increased utilization of Microsoft products, you will have the following traits and abilities:

1. Experience and ability to explain key solutions and architectures in the Finance business applications space.
2. Organizational, presentation, and solution demonstration skills through storytelling.

5. Validated experience in consultative selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customer's problems and being customer-focused.
