The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team, responsible for developing technical presales solutions, documentation, and supporting sales engagements. The role requires confidence, experience, and self-motivation to work independently with clients across organizational levels, discussing both technical and business aspects.
Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work. The role involves liaising with various Nasstar teams and requires flexibility for remote work and travel.
Expertise in Wide Area and Local Area Networking, with a focus on secure networking concepts such as SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWaaS, is essential.
The Customer Solutions Architect will operate in a presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own customer technology strategies. They will work on high-value, complex requests, manage technical aspects of sales processes, and produce customer-facing artifacts.
Additional experience with large network transformations, connecting enterprise networks to cloud providers such as Microsoft and AWS, and commercial awareness for solution costing is required.
