Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a finance transformation professional to support Project Pacioli, collaborating with Finance stakeholders and project teams. You will help with planning, cost rates, management reporting and business readiness, while gathering requirements, reviewing designs, and coordinating stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data governance, KPI testing, and effective change management to deliver large-scale transformation. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Finance professional qualification required (CA/ACA/ACCA or international equivalent).
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP, planning or reporting programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, stakeholder coordination and project tracking; manage actions, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Review planning, reporting and process design outputs; identify gaps and improve alignment with requirements.
• Assist with data, KPI and testing activities to ensure accurate reporting and controls.
• Contribute to change management by creating communications, training materials and user support resources.
