Job summary

PwC in Greater London is seeking a Senior Manager in Advisory to lead finance process improvement engagements, partnering with business stakeholders and PwC specialists. You will drive end-to-end optimisation, automation and AI-enabled insights across client finance operations, with a focus on month-end close, controls, and reporting efficiency.

You will manage client relationships, guide project teams on delivery excellence, and contribute to proposals that grow PwC's Reporting Optimisation

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience delivering finance process improvement or change initiatives.
• Ability to lead projects, teams and senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance process improvement and change delivery engagements.
• Manage client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Review processes, identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI and technology-enabled efficiencies.
• Lead project teams across PwC and client sites with high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with technology specialists and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to proposals and the growth of the Reporting Optimisation team.
