Qualifications

About The Role

Support the successful delivery of Project Pacioli by partnering with Finance stakeholders and project teams to enhance planning, cost rates, management reporting and business readiness activities. Provide hands‑on support across requirements gathering, design reviews, issue management, testing and stakeholder coordination. Help assess project deliverables from a UK Finance business perspective, identifying risks, gaps and improvement opportunities while ensuring appropriate escalation and governance. Gain exposure to SAP-enabled finance processes, cross‑functional collaboration and large‑scale transformation delivery, contributing to effective change management and business readiness across the organisation.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Support PM&R governance, stakeholder coordination and project tracking, ensuring actions, risks, dependencies and decisions are effectively managed.
• Review planning, reporting and process design outputs, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve alignment with business requirements.
• Assist with data, KPI and testing activities, helping ensure accurate reporting, effective controls and successful business adoption.
• Contribute to change management and business readiness by developing communications, training materials and user support resources.

This Role Is For You If

• You hold a relevant finance qualification such as CA, ACA or ACCA (or International Equivalent)
• Good understanding of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis within a complex business environment.
• Knowledge of finance structures, reporting hierarchies, data governance and reconciliation principles that support effective decision‑making.
• Experience contributing to finance transformation, ERP, planning or reporting programmes, supporting business, process and system change.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, manage competing priorities and track progress.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, alongside a proactive, reliable and detail‑focused approach.
