Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Contract) to act as the primary financial advisor for project delivery teams in Rugby. You will provide oversight on project accounting while ensuring technical accounting rigor and drive modernized financial insights through Power BI.

The role focuses on strategic partnering, accounting for the project lifecycle, and delivering data-driven narratives to enable rapid, informed decisions across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, especially revenue recognition and project cost accounting.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable narratives for operational strategy.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel proficiency; ERP experience with SAP/Oracle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: advise project leads on margins, budgets, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Decision Support: conduct performance reviews with ops managers to interpret trends and variances; identify margin opportunities.
• Stakeholder Education: simplify financial performance for non-finance leaders.
