Job summary

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Senior Project Controller to drive financial governance across complex projects. You will collaborate with Project Management and cross-functional teams to deliver robust financial insight that supports decision-making and strengthens project performance.

In a project-driven environment, you will manage forecasting, invoicing, and cash collection while identifying risks and opportunities early to protect profitability and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• Strong Excel capability; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in project or tender controlling in a project-based environment is beneficial.
• A structured approach with the ability to move from data to insight to action.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support across the full project lifecycle (tender → execution → warranty).
• Partner with Project Managers on commercial and financial matters, translating data into clear insights and supporting decisions.
• Support profitability and cash performance by identifying risks and opportunities early and contributing to mitigation actions.
• Coordinate and prepare monthly project reviews and forecasts, ensuring reliable financial insight and consistency.
• Support financial processes including invoicing, cash collection, currency exposure tracking, bonds & guarantees, and tax alignment with relevant functions
