Job summary

Freshminds is recruiting for a Finance Ops Programme Manager to support an education technology client in London on a 2-3 month engagement. The role focuses on resolving a significant aged debt challenge and improving end-to-end debt management processes.

You will lead a cross-functional initiative with Finance, Credit Control, and Customer Operations to segment and resolve aged debt, implement escalation frameworks, and drive sustainable improvements. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation or remediation programmes within finance operations or order-to-cash environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess commercial trade-offs and make pragmatic recommendations.
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable, credit control, billing and debt management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting recommendations to senior executives.

You will lead a business-critical initiative focused on resolving a significant aged debt challenge and improving end-to-end debt management processes. Reporting into senior leadership, you will assess, segment and prioritise an aged debtor portfolio, working cross-functionally to drive resolution and implement sustainable operational improvements.
