Job summary

Humanoid in London seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and capital planning as we scale our first humanoid robotics platform. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive fundraising, manage IFRS-compliant reporting, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and build robust controls, risk management, and investor relations as we prepare for growth and potential IPO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, ideally in high-growth tech or multinational multi-vertical settings.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and related regulations.
• Track record of leading fundraising, investor relations, and IPO processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in line with long-term goals.
• Partner with CEO and executive team to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization.
• Design and manage a structured fundraising pipeline from investor outreach to term sheets.
• Oversee reporting, controls, and financial risk management.
