Skills/Attributes Required
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or part-qualified orqualified-by-experience. The Company may also consider candidates who arepart-qualified, qualified by experience, or willing to undertake relevantprofessional development.
Professionalexperience in accounting, finance, cash flow management, asset management andbudget administration with team responsibility.
Overallaccountability for the accurate and timely execution of payroll, working inpartnership with HR and external payroll providers where applicable
Experience of payroll administrationand payroll controls, working closely with HR and external payroll providerswhere applicable
Experience of leading bankingrelationships and associated financing/refinancing processes.
Leadershipand supervision of the existing Finance team
Ableto establish and maintain strong partnerships with customers and suppliers
Overallaccountability for preparation of Financial forecast models, business plans,internal controls reporting etc.
Strongworking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft DynamicsBusiness Central or equivalent finance systems, business intelligence toolsand appropriate use of AI/LLM tools.
Demonstratesproactive adoption of automation, AI-enabled tools and process improvementsto enhance Finance Department efficiency and reporting accuracy
