Description: We are currently seeking a forward-thinking Finance Operations Administrator to join one of the UK's leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms. The role involves performing various tasks within the Finance Operations Team to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently, in line with the Company's service level agreements.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Enter all procuration fees into the CRM system
2. Conduct weekly analysis of procuration fees
3. Perform weekly reconciliation of procuration returns
4. Post journals using NetSuite
5. Reconcile monthly credit card statements
6. Manage monthly admin charges
7. Oversee expense management processes
8. Schedule mortgage and protection reviews
9. Prepare corporate lead data reports
10. Perform CRM data cleaning and maintenance
11. Upload data to internal systems regularly
12. Generate business reports as needed
13. Reconcile introducer payments
