Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a hands-on Finance Reinvention Partner to help CFOs transform planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will align finance strategy with operating models, data, AI, and technology to drive value realization and improved decision-making across capital-intensive sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience participating in budgeting, forecasting or long-range planning processes.
• Ability to document planning calendars, activities, roles, controls, systems and data flows.
• Hands-on exposure to modern planning platforms and model configuration across dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Document current planning processes and data flows through interviews and evidence.
• Gather and translate business requirements into process maps and user stories.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Configure or support planning model configurations across dimensions, hierarchies and calculations.
• Develop planning reports, dashboards and forecast-quality measures for decision support.
• Support predictive forecasting and ML use cases with data preparation and validation.
• Prepare documentation and training materials; support deployment and adoption.
• Take ownership of deliverables and contribute to proposals and market research.
