Accenture plc in London seeks a Senior Finance Practitioner to lead Finance Reinvention for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A mastery with AI fluency to shape and deliver large-scale transformations, building CFO-level partnerships and vendor-ready value propositions.

The role requires extensive F&A transformation experience, strong sales capability, and deep ERP/AI deployment knowledge across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A. Travel and client onsite work are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a strong plus.
• 10+ years in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales or revenue component.
• Proven track record closing large Finance consulting or managed services deals.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.
• Demonstrated AI fluency; able to design AI-first operating models.
• Preferred: CPA, Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting background.
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI or intelligent automation in Finance context.

Responsabilidades

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Influence strategy and generate opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply AI, automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate transformations into clear, client-winning narratives.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Lead process re-engineering and digital transformation in an F&A tower.
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing points of view on Finance Reinvention.
