Witherslack Group in the UK is seeking a Finance Officer to support the Group Finance function. You will process supplier invoices through the Workday PO system, liaise with sites, and ensure accurate month-end accruals.

You will prepare journals, schedules, and monthly management accounts for designated sites, and help staff understand procurement policies and procedures. The role offers hybrid working from our Lupton Group Office with training and a generous benefits package, including 7 weeks

Formación

• Knowledge and experience of working within a Finance team.
• Experience of processing financial data and supporting transactional finance activities.
• Experience of preparing management accounts.
• Experience of working with Workday.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues across the business.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Ability to challenge and address issues to ensure policy adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices through the Workday PO system and liaise with suppliers and sites.
• Support month-end processes with accruals, prepayments and journals.
• Prepare journals and schedules relating to month-end accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare monthly management accounts for designated sites.
• Act as a key contact to help sites understand procurement policies and procedures.
• Support colleagues with Workday PO system tasks and provide training.
• Work from our Lupton Group Office with flexible hybrid arrangements.
